Stiles didn't know if it was sad or impressive that he managed a whole month at his FBI internship before getting shot. Some might have said that with his luck he might've been shot on the first day.

It hadn't been his finest moment, seeing as it was just a small graze on his foot from a ricochet and he had screamed like he had a whole arm taken off. Oh and he passed out when he saw the blood. That was pretty embarrassing too. Whole thing warranted two stitches and a pass to take the rest of the day off (but was expected back bright and early tomorrow).

He was fine to drive home but of course that whole idea went out the window when he told Derek about the ordeal. Now he was waiting to be picked up, occasionally looking at the windows of the facility to see if his classmates were pointing and laughing at him.

So. Embarrassing.

"You've got some time," he said. "Lemme tell you I did not make a great impression today."

"You'll win them over," Derek replied. "You're persistent."

He knew from experience.

"Maybe bring in donuts tomorrow."

Which would make up for the panic.

"Good idea," he said, stepping out of his pants before sitting back on the bed. "Okay, I'm out of my work clothes, as requested."

He could listen sometimes.

Which meant Derek was scooping him back up to carry. "And now we're going to cuddle. Objections?"

Stiles laughed. "No, none. I have extra sleep pants if you don't want to cuddle in jeans."

Okay, that was a good point. Derek took a moment to consider that before nodding and taking them out to the couch to put him down. "Order something, I'm stealing your clothes."

Stiles laughed again before grabbing his laptop off the coffee table to order a pizza. Talk to an actual person? No thank you.

When Derek returned, he was wearing just a pair of Stiles' comfortable sleep pants that he would possibly steal to wear at home. All the time.

"Did you put bacon on something?" he asked, immediately trying to maneuver them to a comfortable position together.

Large couches and beds. It was a must.

"One of the pizzas was a meat lovers," Stiles said, making himself comfortable against Derek. Of course Stiles had ordered more than one pizza because Derek had no self control when it came to carbs.

Excuse him, Derek was a werewolf and needed the calories.

He hummed, wrapping his arms around Stiles to keep him close. "Like old days."

They just needed Netflix on for their time tested Netflix and Cuddle session.

"Yeah," he agreed. "I missed this."

"How much longer is the internship?" Too long for their codependent natures?

[robinonadderall]

"Until December." Which was way too long. "Then I'll be back. Then it'll be my last semester and then..."

And then he'd be done. Whatever that would entail. The last four years had gone fast.

"Then you'll be looking for a job and we'll have to think about real wedding plans," Derek said, running his fingers through Stiles' hair.

"What has your Pinterest board been if not real wedding plans?" he asked.

[justlurkinghere]

"Possible plans. You still get a say in things."

He would not have any say once Lydia was informed, would he?

[robinonadderall]

He would not.

"I'm sure I'll like whatever you choose," he said, shifting to tuck his face against Derek's neck. "You're good at that stuff."

Well, that just made Derek smile and pet the back of Stiles' neck down his spine. "You just had ideas for the honeymoon, right?"

"A few," he said. "Cabin in the woods. You get to play big bad wolf and hunt me down."

"Will you be okay to walk by then?" Derek teased.

[robinonadderall]

"I think I'll be able to manage," Stiles said, smiling. "Still run the risk of tripping though."

Which would indeed be a concern. "The last thing we want on our honeymoon is a hospital trip."

[robinonadderall]

"That would be pretty embarrassing," he agreed. "And I'd hate to cut the honeymoon short."

"We can pick a flat area." For their kinky roleplay/outdoor sex.

“I’d appreciate it,” Stiles said. “We’ll get me some red underwear to put on to make the roleplay complete.”
