Stiles really hated the bed in the spare room. Which was sad because it was supposed to be his bed in his room. Ugh. Well he and Derek had a nice...two week streak where they didn't fight. Was that a record?

He attempted to talk yesterday and it failed spectacularly so as far as Stiles was concerned it was Derek's turn to make up. Whenever he felt like it. Stiles, however, would be holing himself up in his room, going over student loan stuff again.

This shit was so confusing.

"Can we even agree to do that?" he asked, moving towards Derek. "Is that in the relationship handbook?"

"You got a handbook?"

"Well, no," he said. "Don't think it'd really work for us anyway."

"Probably would say no to your boyfriend being a wolf sometimes," Derek replied, pushing himself up onto his feet.

"It is kind of unfair since I can't do it in return," Stiles said. "But I guess there's the benefit of you being naked afterwards."

He had no idea how Derek could be comfortable just being naked during the majority of that fight.

It helped that he was jacked like whoa. And also the werewolf thing.

"You're an idiot and I have no idea why I'm into you," Derek muttered, hugging him. Because that totally emphasized his words. Really.

"I have no idea either most of the time," he said, hugging Derek back. "Absolutely no clue."

Well, at least they didn't need to make a video talking about what they loved about each other. Because that would be ~awkward~.

"Maybe by the time you're able to legally drink we'll have this worked out."

Joking. Kinda.

"Hopefully," he murmured. "Maybe we'll get a break from the drama by then."

Derek let one of his hands rest on the back of Stiles' neck, keeping him close. "We'll get better. We have to, right?"

"Yeah," he said, nodding a little. "Of course we're going to get better."

They just had to go a few months without a disaster happening and then they'd be all boring like regular couples!

And then they could die peacefully in Florida. Or maybe Arizona. Arizona seemed pretty popular lately.

"Good. Because someone once told me I'm stubborn. Hate to see it disproven."

"You are stubborn," he said. "It's a fact."

"And you're secretly a were-mule," Derek shot back.

Stiles groaned. "That was so lame. That was a joke dads make."

"I thought it was clever." HE WOULD.

"It was lame." So very lame.

[justlurkinghere]

"You're lame," Derek and his sparkling wit countered.

Stiles rolled his eyes, smiling as he did so. "Nice comeback."

Derek gave him a quick kiss before ducking away to steal a pair of Stiles' pants.

"I went to that sex store in town."

[robinonadderall]

"Well you said you were going to buy more lube." They needed it badly. Because they had a problem.

"Standing order now." So thoughtful.

[robinonadderall]

"Well that's your credit card bill, not mine," he said. "My dad would have a heart attack if he saw that purchase on my bill."

Not that he had a credit card.

Derek rolled his eyes. "The woman there suggested you go next time to see if you like anything."

No, she suggested they shop as a couple.

He lifted his eyebrows. "You talked to a saleswoman in there?"
