Somewhere in Florida | NYE Afternoon

True to Derek's word, he and Stiles kept on driving from the IHoP and didn't stop until they hit a warm, sunny beach. They had to make a few stops on the way for clothes and other necesseties but they managed to settle in a nice area and managed to get a pretty sweet hotel room (that Stiles didn't want to know the cost of).

Now they were spending New Year's Eve on the beach, with Derek wearing an obnoxious pair of swimming trunks that Stiles had bought him. They practically glowed in the dark, they were so neon.
