Stiles shouldn't be surprised that Derek actually bought a place near his school but...he was surprised Derek actually bought a place near his school. Sure, eventually it'd be a good investment since Derek seemed to be taking the whole landlord thing seriously but this was still ridiculous.

Even more ridiculous was the fact that it had already been furnished in Derek's typical minimalist style. Seriously, he could afford to buy a house but furniture was out of the question?

"It wears off eventually."

"So we have to be diligent about refreshing it, I see," he said with a nod. "I can't go around smelling like somebody else."

"It might be dangerous," Derek replied with the utmost sincerity. "If it wears off."

"So you only do it for my safety?" he asked.

"Why else would I?" Derek asked, biting down on his throat gently.

"I have no idea why else you would do it," he joked. "Does the bed have a sturdy frame?"

"We'll find out if it's sturdy enough," Derek replied, only letting go of him enough to keep shuffling toward the bed.

"Probably not this time around," he said. "Weak little human here."

"Do you need a rest before we start?" Derek asked. Because he was an asshole. "Maybe some food to build up your strength?"

"No amount of build up is gonna make me strong enough to break our bed," Stiles said. "I know my limits."

Not with that kind of attitude, Stiles.

"Just as long as we don't break it while your dad visits." He was still traumatized.

"We're not having sex when my dad visits." He would be able to control himself in that situation!

One would hope that was the case. "Or when Cora visits."

[robinonadderall]

"Fair enough," he said with a nod. "But remind yourself of that 'cause you're the one who instigates it when she's around."

That was just a cruel big brother thing to do, Derek.

"That was because she threatened to sleep with Jackson."

So. Yes, cruel older brother thing.

"Ewwwww." What a mood killer.

"Exactly," Derek replied, pushing him toward the bed.

Stiles flopped back on the bed, bouncing a little to test the firmness. "That might've killed the mood dead."

Derek tilted his head to the side, taking off his shirt and tossing it to the side before unfastening his jeans. "I can go if you want."

"Maybe you should work on getting me back in the mood," he teased, pulling off his own shirt.

His head stayed tilted to the side, but now Derek was smirking at him as he pushed down on his jeans to show that he was actually wearing underwear for a change.

Of course it was lacy and black...

"Oh god." Well that was one way to bring back the mood. "That's..."

He had time to plan this one! Aren't you so lucky, Stiles?

The smirk only grew as he turned around to wriggle his way out of those jeans and kick them over to to join his shirt. "You like them?"

"Yes, very much yes," Stiles said, sitting up on his elbows so he could get a better look. "Is our new closet filled with sex toys and lingerie?"
