Stiles shouldn't be surprised that Derek actually bought a place near his school but...he was surprised Derek actually bought a place near his school. Sure, eventually it'd be a good investment since Derek seemed to be taking the whole landlord thing seriously but this was still ridiculous.

Even more ridiculous was the fact that it had already been furnished in Derek's typical minimalist style. Seriously, he could afford to buy a house but furniture was out of the question?

Stiles flopped back on the bed, bouncing a little to test the firmness. "That might've killed the mood dead."

Derek tilted his head to the side, taking off his shirt and tossing it to the side before unfastening his jeans. "I can go if you want."

"Maybe you should work on getting me back in the mood," he teased, pulling off his own shirt.

His head stayed tilted to the side, but now Derek was smirking at him as he pushed down on his jeans to show that he was actually wearing underwear for a change.

Of course it was lacy and black...

"Oh god." Well that was one way to bring back the mood. "That's..."

He had time to plan this one! Aren't you so lucky, Stiles?

The smirk only grew as he turned around to wriggle his way out of those jeans and kick them over to to join his shirt. "You like them?"

"Yes, very much yes," Stiles said, sitting up on his elbows so he could get a better look. "Is our new closet filled with sex toys and lingerie?"

"No." Only a little bit. "I can turn it into that sex dungeon if you really want."

Stiles smiled. "The sex dungeon can wait until we get the bigger house."

And they had raised their children and were out of the house.

Derek climbed up onto the bed to straddle him. He placed a hand on Stiles' chest to push him back down against the mattress playfully. "Mood back?"

"Getting there," he said, reaching up to run his fingers against the lace. "When'd you get these?"

"A little while ago," Derek replied, shifting slightly under Stiles' touch in anticipation. "I get emails now."

"I'm glad that you do," he murmured, tracing his fingers lightly over Derek's dick. "Are they comfortable? You must've been wearing them for awhile."

"Can't disappoint my husband to be, can I?" Derek asked, grabbing Stiles' hand to guide it back toward his ass to feel the plug there.

Now that had been the uncomfortable part.
