The good part about Thanksgiving break was that it meant that Stiles didn't have to spend anymore time dealing with DC traffic and living in that apartment by himself. The bad part was that he had the sneaking suspicion that Derek was going to make him help with Thanksgiving stuff. Ugh.

He was actually attempting to hide from all that. He was sitting in the tub in the guest bathroom playing on his phone like Derek wouldn't somehow be able to literally sniff him out.

"You'd recover," he murmured, putting a hand through Derek's hair.

"Oh, thanks for that concern," Derek replied, pushing in closer.

"I'm being optimistic," he said. "For once."

"It doesn't suit you very well."

[robinonadderall]

"You prefer me sullen and pessimistic?"

[justlurkinghere]

"It's a huge turn on," Derek said oh so seriously.

"Everything's awful," he said solemnly.

There. Pessimistic.

"Take me now."

He was overcome with lust. Honestly he was.

"In the kitchen?" That's where the food lived!

[justlurkinghere]

"...not in the kitchen," Derek said after a moment. "I don't want to clean that."

"Also Cora wouldn't eat anything you made if she smelled us."

[justlurkinghere]

"Living room would be okay." It was like he wanted Cora to hate them.

[robinonadderall]

"You sure the vegetable chopping can wait?" he teased.

"I'll go back to it if you're worried." They really liked playing chicken, huh?

"I'm definitely willing to risk it." Especially since he had been banned from marshmallows.

He wasn't even banned! It was a... small restriction.

"We'll have to pick up all the bottles around the house anyway."

Stiles winced. "Yeah, we can't have people discovering that."

"Then your dad might actually shoot me." And no one wanted that.

[robinonadderall]

"Not on Thanksgiving he won't," Stiles said, sliding off the counter and reaching for Derek's hand. "Come on, lets see if we can find the bottle in the living room."

"Smooth," Derek said, taking his hand anyway.

[robinonadderall]

"Smooth is my middle name," he said, leading Derek to the living room. "Tends to charm the pants off of you, doesn't it?"

"You do have a lot of unfortunate names," Derek replied, tugging in the back of Stiles' shirt.

[robinonadderall]

"Ha ha," Stiles said sarcastically, though he was smiling. He tugged Derek along, pulling him towards the couch. "Sit."

Derek gave him an amused look, but promptly did as he was told. "Are you going tp call me a good boy now?"

"I mean, I can use pet names if you want," he said, moving to straddle Derek's lap. "No pun intended."
