The good part about Thanksgiving break was that it meant that Stiles didn't have to spend anymore time dealing with DC traffic and living in that apartment by himself. The bad part was that he had the sneaking suspicion that Derek was going to make him help with Thanksgiving stuff. Ugh.

He was actually attempting to hide from all that. He was sitting in the tub in the guest bathroom playing on his phone like Derek wouldn't somehow be able to literally sniff him out.

"You sure the vegetable chopping can wait?" he teased.

"I'll go back to it if you're worried." They really liked playing chicken, huh?

"I'm definitely willing to risk it." Especially since he had been banned from marshmallows.

He wasn't even banned! It was a... small restriction.

"We'll have to pick up all the bottles around the house anyway."

[robinonadderall]

Stiles winced. "Yeah, we can't have people discovering that."

"Then your dad might actually shoot me." And no one wanted that.

[robinonadderall]

"Not on Thanksgiving he won't," Stiles said, sliding off the counter and reaching for Derek's hand. "Come on, lets see if we can find the bottle in the living room."

"Smooth," Derek said, taking his hand anyway.

[robinonadderall]

"Smooth is my middle name," he said, leading Derek to the living room. "Tends to charm the pants off of you, doesn't it?"

"You do have a lot of unfortunate names," Derek replied, tugging in the back of Stiles' shirt.

[robinonadderall]

"Ha ha," Stiles said sarcastically, though he was smiling. He tugged Derek along, pulling him towards the couch. "Sit."

Derek gave him an amused look, but promptly did as he was told. "Are you going tp call me a good boy now?"

"I mean, I can use pet names if you want," he said, moving to straddle Derek's lap. "No pun intended."

"What kind of petnames?" he asked, putting his hands on Stiles' hips.

[robinonadderall]

"I can use the classics," he said. "Dear, honey, babe."

[justlurkinghere]

"I can handle dear," he decided, moving his hands up Stiles back and kissing him.

Stiles could work with dear. It came more naturally to him than the other ones. He looped his arms around Derek's neck and kissed him back, happy to distract him from the unnecessary meal prep two days before Thanksgiving.

It was completely necessary to impress his future in law and feed two werewolves!

"I thought we were looking for bottles of lube," Derek said between kisses.

[robinonadderall]

"We will," he murmured, rocking his hips a little against Derek's. "Patience."

Derek huffed out a little laugh at that, pushing his hands up and under Stiles' shirt to touch bare skin.

"How many bottles do you think we have stashed in this house?" he asked, leaning down to kiss Derek's neck.

[justlurkinghere]

"One here," Derek said, tilting his head to give Stiles better access. "One in your office. One in the little gym..."

[robinonadderall]

"One in the guest bedroom," he said, sliding his hands under Derek's shirt in order to pull it up. "Tons in our bedroom."

[justlurkinghere]

"I think we have some in the car," Derek replied, helping him with that before pulling Stiles' shirt up to get it off as well. "By the pool."

[robinonadderall]

"We're gonna have to do a thorough search," Stiles murmured, taking his own shirt off.

Let's be real, they'd forget one.
