True to his word, Derek wasted no time getting a pool built at their place. It was a shame they only had a few weeks to enjoy it but Stiles intended on spending every minute his pale skin would allow swimming in it.

Today was the first day it was deemed ready to swim in. Stiles thought maybe it deserved a ribbon cutting or something but since big red ribbons were hard to come by, he settled for just putting on his trunks and slathering on an indecent amount of sunscreen on to celebrate.

Which was kind of lame. He wished he had Derek's inability to get sunburn.

"I'd hear them." Because neither of them would be distracted.

"Oh good." Though whether Derek would actually tell him if somebody was listening was still up in the air.

He snapped open the bottle of lube a little nervously. They hadn't quite managed the sex in the open air thing before aside from the balcony of a hotel room. "You ready?"

He would if it would get them in trouble. That was his bar.

"Yeah," he replied, sounding way too breathless and eager to begin.

"Okay," he said, mostly to himself. He moved closer to Derek, needing to kiss him before doing all of this.

Because they clearly never kissed enough. Which was why Derek easily kissed him back, holding onto Stiles' waist to keep him close.

Stiles kissed him for a few long moments, just enjoying it for a bit. When he did pull back he looked (and felt) a lot more comfortable with the situation.

"You should probably lean over on the stairs," he said. "Make it easier for me to get you ready."

"We can wait for nightfall if you want," Derek said, lingering a little to run his hand along Stiles' jaw.

He shook his head. "No, I want to now. I'm just a little nervous."

"If it's anything like our other first times, it'll end way too fast." That was not helpful, Derek.

"And whose fault is that?" He liked to think it was Derek's. It was not.

"The college student's?" Oh snap.

[robinonadderall]

"Hey, I have just as much stamina as you do." Which wasn't much at all when trying new things.

Derek turned around and hummed like he was certain it was a blatant lie. But he was going to let this one go. Because he was so nice.

"You're an ass," he said, crowding behind Derek and inching his shorts down. "You're lucky you're an ass with a nice ass."

Derek helped put by resting hid hands on the edge of the pool to lean forward and show off dat ass for him. "My redeeming quality?"

"One of the few," he joked, slicking up his fingers. He didn't have Derek's shorts all the way off but they were down far enough to press a finger into him slowly.

Well, clearly keeping some clothing on would make it less obvious that they were having sex in their backyard. It was just in case.

Derek closed his eyes and sighed at that. "Terrible fiance," he muttered.

"You? Yes you are," he joked, wasting no time adding a second finger. Just to be an ass.

Derek made an annoyed noise that lasted all of a second before he was groaning instead. Because someone was indeed an ass about this. "I regret getting a pool," he grumbled.

He did not in the slightest.

"You do not," he said, crooking his fingers. "You think this pool is the best thing we've ever done."

But Derek forgot about the point for a moment, groaning rather than refuting Stiles' claims like he wanted to. "Fuck."

"Shh," he murmured. "Don't want to disturb the neighbors."

...and of course then he added another finger.

This was mean, Stiles. Weren't you the one nervous about this before?

Derek bit his lip, trying to muffle himself with limited success. He was going to get you back for this, Stiles. Don't think he wasn't.

Well when it was Derek making the noises he was less shy about it. Because Derek would be the one to blame for the arrest. Yep.

"Ready?" he asked, tugging his fingers out in order to work down his shorts. Somehow the cool water didn't stop him from getting it up, which was always nice to know.

"Yes," he hissed, trying to keep his voice down as much as he could. Really, the neighbors probably heard their enthusiastic sex inside the house often enough that this was barely noticeable.
