So it was Valentine's Day. Stiles actually hadn't planned anything special beyond spending time with Derek, which might have made him a lame boyfriend but whatever, he was a broke college student. He should be forgiven of such things.

He should also be forgiven for sleeping in until almost noon. Shut up, he had a biology exam yesterday. Which was stupid since he wasn't even majoring in that. Stupid gen ed requirements.

Gen eds were always out to kill you, that much was true.

Derek had to keep shooing Puppy Joe away with his foot while balancing a tray of food and coffee with one hand. If he hadn't been a super awesome werewolf, this would have ended in disaster.

"Can you call your dog before I trip over him." Yes, he was your dog now, Stiles.

"Puppy Joe," Stiles murmured from under the covers. A hand came out of the warm cuddliness to pat a spot beside him on the bed. There. Helping.

Derek snorted, shoving things on the bedside table to make room for the tray. All so he could help the dog onto the bed. Puppy Joe just looked so pathetic even though he knew that dog could make the jump on it's own.

"You're impossible."

Stiles poked his head out when he smelled food, looking blearily up at Derek. "You made food?"

"And coffee. It's breakfast in bed." Ta~da.

"Aren't you sweet," Stiles teased, sitting up against the pillows. "Best boyfriend ever."

"Don't spill and that's what I'll call you," Derek replied dryly. Even as he handed over the coffee cup while leaning in to kiss Stiles' temple.

"Thanks," he said, accepting the cup. "You're doing Valentine's Day right."

"Keep you fed to stay in your good graces. Check."

"Like you didn't already know that was the key to my heart."

"Coffee, blow jobs, and french toast," Derek replied with a sigh. It was such a hardship as he had to deal with.

"Blow jobs?" he repeated. "I see no blow jobs here."

Derek smirked, stealing a piece of the french toast for himself. "Finish your breakfast and we'll talk."

"You're not going to be able to talk if blow jobs are involved," he said, grabbing a piece for himself.

"Is that so?" Yes. Yes, it was. "Not you?"

"Well I guess I do owe you for breakfast..."

"I spent hours on it," Derek replied, grabbing another piece to offer it to Stiles. Because, oh god, he was at the trying to feed him by hand phase of ~romance~

Stiles huffed and leaned in to take a bite. Derek was so ridiculous.

Yes, yes he was. He'd blame the pollen in the air, but this was all him, baby.

Derek grinned at him like his life was complete with that. "Drink your coffee before you fall back asleep."

Yeah they were so bad that Stiles couldn't even tell there was pollen in the air. They had a serious problem.

"Yes, sir," he said. "Don't think I didn't notice the bacon you made."

Derek lifted his eyebrows, trying to look as innocent as possible. "That's for you."

And the test bacon. That Derek had to eat to make sure it was okay for him.

"Yeah right."

[justlurkinghere]

"It was your gift to me," he tried again.

[robinonadderall]

"I was not consulted about this," he said, reaching for a piece of bacon to feed Puppy Joe. The dog was allowed to have bacon but not Derek.

"You mumbled something about clowns when I asked." While you were sleeping, Stiles.
