Derek had wanted a classier date than Denny's tonight and Stiles gave it to him. The classiest unlimited breadsticks in town.

Stiles had been waiting for this date all week, not just because of the food (though he was pretty excited about his chicken parm), but because of inappropriate totally not safe for work things that were going on tonight. Just knowing what was going on in Derek's pants right now was making him all giddy and excitable.

It'd be kind of weird just saying they were on a date for dirty stuff. So Stiles chose to pretend they were celebrating him removing the bandage off his new tattoo. He was wearing short sleeves and no other layers for once and kept glancing down at the French wrapped around his wrist every few minutes.

Derek was seriously the worst person ever.

"I didn't say that," he said, face turning a little red.

Derek made a 'huh' noise, looking like he was actually considering this now. "That's. Okay."

"I mean...means longer sex for us, right?" he said, so thankful that they weren't too far away from the island. He could leave this potentially awkward conversation in the car.

"I think so," Derek replied, stealing a glance over at him. "I've never tried one. We could."

"We could. But get me what you want," he said as he pulled into the causeway. "Surprise me."

And hopefully Stiles was prepared to be kissed again as soon as the car was safely in park. Because that's what he got.

"Couldn't wait to kiss me again, huh?"

"Nope," Derek replied, wrinkling his nose at Stiles.

"You're such a sap," he teased as he opened up the door. "...I feel like I should leave the windows open to air it out a bit."

"...might help a little if you plan to go home in it."

It wouldn't help at all. Scott would try not to cry the entire time.

"Good point." He kept his window down a little just for that reason. Not that it would help much. Poor Scott.

"I think you mentioned carrying."

"I did," he said. "You up for it?"

Derek gave him a look, letting his eyebrows express how up to the challenge he was. Then he got out of the car to wait for Stiles to scramble after him.

It was adorable.

And scramble Stiles did! All the around to where Derek was to look at him expectantly. "Well?"

Derek smiled at him, quick and genuine before he scooped Stiles up to toss over his shoulder to start walking toward the house.

Really, he should have specified what a bridal/princess carry really was.

Stiles started laughing, smacking Derek on the ass. "This was not what I had in mind."

"I could let you walk on your own," Derek offered.

[robinonadderall]

"We can't have that," Stiles said, shaking his head. "I'll deal with this. This is princess-y enough."

"Maybe my gift for you should be a dress," Derek replied. "Then you can feel like the princess you are."

"Maybe you can get me a nightie," he said, grinning. "A red riding hood themed one."

Derek snorted, shifting his hold on Stiles to carry him like he'd originally asked. "Maybe I will."

[robinonadderall]

"You'd love to see my ass in a fluffy skirt," he said, sliding one of his arms over Derek's shoulder.

Derek grinned at that, eyes bleeding red to show he would not be opposed to it. "Maybe."
