"Shower?" he offered. "We'd have to get a hotel room if you want to share a bath."

He was not thanking him about the bath thing.

"Nothing to thank me for," Derek said, rubbing Stiles' back with his thumb. "It's gonna be hard for a while. But I don't want to give up on this."

"I don't either," he said. "I'm not going to."

For that, Derek pulled him up for a sickeningly sweet, harlequin style kiss.
