It was a bit of a dreary day which was why it was perfect to decorate for Halloween. Stiles may have gone a little nuts when it came to buying decorations but that's what happened with a Prime subscription and full access to Derek's credit card. Besides, the trick or treaters would love it.

And Stiles liked having fake spider webs and purple and orange lights all over the house even if nobody but him and Derek would see it. It was festive! Just wait until Christmas.

"Doesn't have to be," Stiles said. "Whatever you want. Except for a werewolf."

He could at least try! Probably end up accidentally ordering JNCO jeans and then be traumatized by them.

"So, no annoying couples costume for us?"

"We're not that gross," he said. "We're not, right?"

"We're not," Derek promised. "Other than costumes in private."

Because they were them. And kinky as hell.

Stiles chuckled. "You'd want a couples costume for that?"

"Only one we wouldn't mind getting ripped." Sorry not sorry.

He laughed. "Yeah, I'm aware that's a danger with you."

It was their charm, really.

"You enjoy that," Derek said, putting his hands on Stiles' waist to pull him into a little bit.

"I do," he agreed, wrapping his arms around Derek's waist. "I like when you lose some control."

"You like dangerous things," he muttered, kissing Stiles' neck again.

"Well not too dangerous," he murmured, tilting his neck towards Derek.

Derek hummed, nipping gently at Stiles' throat. "Can too dangerous be climbing on the roof to decorate?" he teased.

"Don't you land on all fours if you fall?" he joked.

That earned him a sharper bite. "I'm not a cat."

Stiles chuckled. "Sorry, sorry, my mistake."

"Oh, you sound so apologetic." Not at all.

"I'm very apologetic!" He was not.

Derek growled a little, nipping at him again playfully. "Why do I doubt that?"

"You have no faith in me," he said, leaning in to bite at Derek's shoulder. See, he could bite too.

Ohhh noooo. Not that!

"Or maybe I know you too well," Derek replied, holding onto Stiles just a little tighter as he hummed happily.

"No surprises left in the relationship?" he asked.

"No," Derek replied, shaking his head. "The thrill is gone."

"Guess we should go back to decorating then, huh?" he said. "Since we're so boring."

"No," Derek said quickly. "No, no need for that."
