Stiles shouldn't be surprised that Derek actually bought a place near his school but...he was surprised Derek actually bought a place near his school. Sure, eventually it'd be a good investment since Derek seemed to be taking the whole landlord thing seriously but this was still ridiculous.

Even more ridiculous was the fact that it had already been furnished in Derek's typical minimalist style. Seriously, he could afford to buy a house but furniture was out of the question?

Derek kissed him back, smiling a bit into it. "I can say it in Polish if you want."

Derek smiled again and kissed him back, holding onto Stiles' shirt to keep him in place for it. As it was a serious concern that Stiles would wander off during this.

"I like the house," he murmured. "Thank you."

"Good. I'd hate to have to talk to another pack about purchasing a different house if you hated it." Luckily his last name still held some weight in the world.

He smiled. "You'd have to talk to a pack about it?"

"I didn't want to start a fight."

Of course, he did this after the house was purchased. So.

"Aw, how responsible of you," he said, patting Derek's cheek.

Derek was torn between annoyed and enjoying that praise. "I can be responsible."

"Because you're a little shit," Derek replied, pulling him in for another kiss.

Stiles kissed Derek back, wrapping his arms around his waist. He was glad Derek found him being a little shit attractive.

It was one of the things that kept them together.

Derek nipped at his lip playfully, trying to slowly maneuver them over toward the bed. Hopefully no one would fall on the way.

Stiles didn't know this bedroom as well as he did the one in Fandom so hopefully Derek knew where they were going.

The lack of furniture to run into helped here.

There was still a door frame to bump into. Or to pin Stiles against for quick grope of his ass. They had to break in the house, after all.

Stiles grunted a little when he felt his back hit the door frame but he didn't break the kiss. He instead took the opportunity to run his hands along Derek's chest and stomach and generally act like he didn't just see him.

They constantly acted like they'd been apart for weeks on end after three hours apart. It was just their thing.

"You are going to fuck me on our new bed," Derek muttered, kissing a line up Stiles' jaw to bite just below his ear. Look at him stifling his thing for ears. All for you, Stiles.

"Am I?" he murmured. "I hope you have lube stocked already."

Derek sighed, almost too put upon to give him a hickey super high up on his neck. Almost, but not quite. "You're lucky I love you so much."
