Lobby at Stiles' Dorm | Wednesday Afternoon

Stiles' sophomore year was trucking along at a fast pace but he was still feeling the beginnings of some student fatigue. He was tired of having to read textbooks and writing essays. The fact that he knew he had two more years of this plus grad school didn't help anything. His mopey texts to Derek had progressively gotten mopier to the point where Derek actually agreed to interrupt Stiles' studying and visit in the middle of the week.

His roommate was upstairs which was why Stiles was waiting in the lobby, impatiently keeping an eye on the door for Derek.

"Fine." He'd accept that. Sullenly. "Tattoos don't count on that, though."

"I didn't mention tattoos." It was totally a smart move to tattoo your boyfriend's name on your chest six months into the relationship.

"Well, good. Because I love yours."

Possessive little fucker.

"What, the wolf?" he joked.

"Totally the wolf," Derek replied. "It gets me going."

"Totally why I got it," he said. "To attract handsome men such as yourself."

"It's so rugged."

[robinonadderall]

"Isn't it just?" Stiles said, kissing the top of Derek's head. "Now tell me what you think of the one on my shoulder."

"Which one is that?" Derek teased, running his hands over Stiles' sides. Helpfully.

"It's the one that's not a wolf and not in French."

"Still not ringing any bells..."

[robinonadderall]

Stiles rolled his eyes playfully. "The triskelion, nerd."

Derek hummed, reaching around to touch the tattoo in question. "Yes. This is---yeah."

"Just 'yeah'?" he asked.

[justlurkinghere]

"You marked yourself mine." Derek was just forced to kiss him again with way more force behind it than the cuddling needed.

Stiles would accept this breach in cuddling. Just because he loved when Derek got possessive like that. It was half the reason he got that tattoo in the first place.

"Understand that?"

"Yeah," Stiles said with a goofy smile. Look, that was a good kiss, okay? "I definitely understand."
