So the ghost thing was....a thing. A truly disturbing thing that he never wanted to deal with again. Sure, it hadn't caused as quite as much destruction as the nogitsune had but it still had freaked Stiles out and made him feel gross afterwards. And he hadn't even been the one possessed.

He had to go back to school tomorrow 'cause finals started on Monday but he was taking as much time as he could today to make sure Derek was okay. It involved a lot of clinging.

"Absolutely," he said, hopping off the vanity. "I don't think there's been a time when that hasn't happened in here together."

"I'm sure it happened at least once," Derek insisted wrongly. He scraped a little more if the dried mess on Stiles' stomach once he was close enough.

"Hey, I may have wanted to keep that there." He did not.

[justlurkinghere]

"I could replace it."

And that was why they weren't able to do things in the bathroom without sex.

He snickered. "I thought that was part of your devious plan anyway."

[justlurkinghere]

"My devious plan," Derek said, rolling his eyes so very hard. "Was to get you in the tub."

He looked at the slowly fillibg tub, then back at Stiles. Tub. Stiles. Eyebrows doing that bunched up caterpillar thing they did when Derek communicated silently.

He laughed, moving towards the tub. "Okay, okay, I'll get in the tub."

Derek preened just a little that he was being listened to. For a change.

Then crowded after him to make sure no one brained themselves getting in. He knew you, Stiles.

Hey, he could get in a tub without hurting himself! Case in point: right now. "I'm glad you added in the bubbles without me having to ask."

'Cause bubbles were the best.

The moment Derek didn't stay vigilant, is the moment that someone ended up with a concussion. And he wasn't going to explain to Sheriff Stilinski what happened there.

"I listen."

Sonetimes.

"I know you do," he said, settling down into the tub and trying to adjust to the warm water on sensitive bits. "We really need a bigger tub."

"So, if I get one before Christmas," Derek replied thoughtfully. "Would it count as a gift?"

[robinonadderall]

"You would seriously buy a new tub?"

[justlurkinghere]

"I'd look into it."

Yes. Yes, he would.

[robinonadderall]

"You don't need to do that." Even though he had the feeling Derek was going to do it anyway. "So what was your big plan to make this comfortable?"

His plan... was looking less and less plausible now thar he could see Stiles in the tub.

"It looked easier in Cosmo," Derek muttered, trying to slip in opposite of Stiles. With his back to the faucet.

He was regretting this already.

"You read Cosmo?" Oh, Derek.

[justlurkinghere]

"Cora brought it to Thanksgiving," Derek replied. Like that made it better.

[robinonadderall]

"I don't know if this is gonna work," he said, backing up a little to make room for Derek.

Derek frowned, putting his hands on Stiles' legs to hold them still as he scooted forward. Then sighed as he absolutely failed at spacial planning in this.

"I'm getting a bigger tub," he said sullenly.

[robinonadderall]

The sullenness was adorable, Derek.

"Wait, hold on--" Stiles went to step out of the tub. "Go sit where I was and I'll get in your lap."

[justlurkinghere]

Derek existed to be sullen. And broody.

Which was his exact mood as he obeyed Stiles' orders. "We're too tall for this tub."

[robinonadderall]

"We kind of are." Didn't stop him from climbing up on Derek's lap though. "You're going to end up getting us a new bathtub aren't you?"

[justlurkinghere]

"Maybe I want a bigger tub for me," Derek replied, hands on Stiles' hips to keep him steady.

He did not want a tub for him.

"Bullshit," he said, purposely getting bubbles in Derek's chest hair.
