Stiles had absolutely no idea why Derek participated in his strange bonding activities--Flying Monkeys could have been considered abuse--but he wasn't about to complain. Derek was no Scott but it was still nice to have someone to watch horrible movies with. Making sarcastic comments to yourself was just sad.

The movie he picked this week was a Netflix suggestion after Stiles had been adding bad movies to the queue. Rodeo clowns and drug dealing conspiracies, it seemed like a must watch.

He had managed to not catch the popcorn on fire (a miracle in its own right) and was already hogging the couch even before the movie started. He had to claim his territory. Even if this wasn't his house.

[For Derek and anybody else who wants to stop by and watch a horrible movie about angsty rodeo clowns]

"Alright then." Wendy the Werewolf Stalker it is. "I promise, Derek, next time I do something I'm embarrassed about you'll be the first person to know so you can mock."

"I'll hold you to that."

"It'll happen sooner than you think, I embarrass myself all the time," he said. "Though me being half-naked is rarely involved."

"Thank god for that," Derek deadpanned. Because he was nice like that.

Stiles threw out a leg to try to kick at whatever part of Derek he could reach. "Hey! My body is not the epic disaster you make it out to be. I'm sixteen, I'm still growing."

Oh, please, Stiles. Derek grabbed the offending foot before it could hit him, rolling his eyes. "Exactly. You're sixteen. I'm not interested in your attempts at shirtlessness."

"I don't make any attempts at shirtlessness." Now he was trying to get his foot out of Derek's grip which was very sad because he had no chance in achieving that by himself.

Stiles, you are just so lucky he wasn't molesting your foot like his uncle wood. Instead, he just let it drop once the squirming picked up. "So far."

"Any shirtlessness attempts I make in the future will be for someone who appreciates it," Stiles informed him. "So you don't have to worry about your delicate sensibilities being offended."

"Uh huh." Derek totally believed you. Really.

[robinonadderall]

"What--" Stiles was not amused by your disbelief, Derek. "I won't!"

Hey, he was the one who kept his shirt on when they were cuddling unlike some people.

He got warm easily!

Derek snickered, taking a handful of popcorn. "You're too easy."

"Shut up, you're easy," Stiles huffed, sinking further down into the couch. "You suck."

"Yeah, that's me," Derek replied. "Easy."

[robinonadderall]

"Easy to annoy, easy to get a sarcastic comment from, easy when it comes to giving me cherry cokes," Stiles said. "You're pretty easy in a lot of ways."

That earned him the middle finger. Such a great example you were setting, Derek. "Watch your stupid show."
