Stiles really regretted not getting a job this summer. The whole "freedom to do whatever I want" thing got boring a few weeks after his classes ended. He didn't want to spend forever in Fandom and Scott had that job thing going on so Stiles made do with watching daytime television and making copious amounts of ramen.

It was mindnumbingly boring.

He wondered if Derek got the hint that he was bored after texting him constantly for the last week or so.

"Is that so?" Derek asked, pushing him back against the couch to kiss him.

"I could write a book on it," he said, lying back against the couch.

Derek shifted forward to straddle Stiles' hips. "Uh huh."

"No dirty stuff on the couch." Of course he ended that sentence with a kiss.

"No dirty stuff is happening." Derek was just sitting on him. No big deal.

"Oh yeah this is completely innocent," he joked.

"As long as you control your smooth ways," Derek replied, leaning down to kiss him.

Stiles slid his arms over Derek's shoulders, kissing him back. Yep. So very innocent.

Clothing was still on so, for them... it was totally innocent.

"You just want to break in the new bed, don't you?"

"Well not...literally break." But the metaphorical way yes.

"I don't think I could visit again if we did that."

[robinonadderall]

Stiles chuckled. "Really? That might be awkward when holidays roll around and you refuse to come in the house."

"I'm invited for the holidays?" He sounded way too happy about that.

"We're getting married, Derek." So that would be a yes.

[justlurkinghere]

"It'd be nice. A whole family thing," he replied. "And maybe Cora won't insult anyone."

Stiles huffed. "She's incapable of not insulting me."

[justlurkinghere]

"Laura used to call me D-Bag," Derek admitted. "It's a sign of affection for her."

A beat.

"Sometimes."

[robinonadderall]

"I mean, you can be a d-bag sometimes," Stiles joked.

Derek rolled his eyes and flicked at Stiles' collarbone. "She'll probably like your dad, at least."

"Especially after she finds out he lives to torture you."

[justlurkinghere]

"Eloping is almost sounding good between those two," Derek muttered, leaning in for another kiss.

[robinonadderall]

"You wouldn't do that," he said, kissing Derek again. "You want a nice wedding. I've seen the magazines."

"And you want a nice honeymoon," Derek replied, nipping at Stiles' lip.

"Well yeah," he said. "I figure it's deserved if I have to dress up."

Derek smirked at that, shifting his hips just enough to press more firmly against Stiles' crotch.

Still innocently. Really.

"I'm dressing up too."
